How will your Members Access Benefits?
• 
Members who have enrolled into ClubBenefits: Members who are enrolled in ClubBenefits may call
800-433-5079 or visit www.ClubBenefitsOnline.com to book reservations.
•  The ClubLine confirms membership information with the Member
and then contacts the requested Country Club, Dining Club, Hotel,
Restaurant or Ticket Service. The ClubLine places the Member on
hold while availability is checked and the reservation is secured with
the partner.
•  Once the reservation has been secured, the ClubLine verbally
confirms the reservation with the Member and then forwards an
emailed confirmation to the Member with the reservation details and
appropriate club policies.
•  All charges are required to be paid at the time of service by cash or
credit card. Members are verbally informed of this at the time of
booking and on their confirmation.

What is ClubBenefits?
ClubBenefits is the gift of access to private clubs and lifestyle experiences, powered by ClubCorp. ClubBenefits provides
two tee time reservations, two dining reservations and two court or gym reservations at each participating club, every
month. ClubBenefits also provides other benefits and special offers including great deals at restaurants, hotels and resorts,
access to VIP tickets for virtually any theater, concert or sports event and more. All reservations are made through ClubLine.
What is ClubLine?
Access to your ClubBenefits begins with reservations and ClubLine is your personal concierge. Simply call or email
ClubLine to begin. ClubLine is open Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm US/CST. Call 800.433.5079 or email

Is there a fee to participate in ClubBenefits?
The benefit of ClubBenefits is access to hundreds of private clubs across the country. When visiting private country clubs,
you pay preferred green fees when enjoying golf benefits. At the private dining clubs, you simply pay for your meals.
ClubLine will explain any fees that may apply at the time of booking.
Can I bring guests with me?
Absolutely. Accompanied guests are permitted with a reservation through ClubLine.
How do I pay for my charges?
All charges may be made with a major credit card at the time of purchase. Hotels, tickets and restaurants generally require
credit card payment. ClubLine will explain available payment options at the time of reservation.

Can I show up at any participating club without calling ahead?
No. Our clubs operate on a space-available basis. Reservations through ClubLine, therefore, are required in order to
ensure the highest quality service when you arrive.
How far in advance may I make reservations or reserve other concierge services?
Tee times are available 14 days in advance. Dining reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance. Typically, all other
reservations including hotels and ticket purchases are available months in advance.
Can reservations be made online?
Yes! Visit clubbenefitsonline.com to submit your online reservation requests. Please allow up to 24 hours for response. For
same day reservation requests, please contact ClubLine directly at 800.433.5079. You may also email your request to
[email protected].
How do I obtain tickets for concerts or sporting events?
As with all reservations, including tickets, you simply call ClubLine, who will assist you in finding tickets to just about any
event worldwide. Please note that our tickets come from a third party provider.
Will I have to show any form of identification when visiting clubs?
Your secured reservation is confirmed through ClubLine. You will be required to present your member card and photo ID at
check in for security purposes.
What hotels and resorts participate in the program?
At select resorts, you receive 10% off the best available rate at the time of booking. Simply book your reservations through
ClubLine. This special benefit is available at the following resorts: La Costa Resort & Spa, Carlsbad, CA; Hotel Del
Coronado, Coronado Island, CA; Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, Palm Springs, CA; Barton Creek Resort & Spa, Austin,
TX; The Homestead, Hot Springs, VA; and Montelucia Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, AZ. There are numerous other resorts and
hotels that extend special pricing. Just call ClubLine to get started.

Will additional benefits and privileges be added?
Yes! Check the website often, as new clubs, benefits and special offers are added frequently.
Are there any limitations or blackout dates?
You may enjoy access at each private club up to two times per membership, per month. Guests do not count toward the two
times guideline. Access to the private clubs is on a space-available basis and, therefore, may be limited on major holidays.
ClubLine will provide any club specific guidelines at time of reservation.
How do I receive communication about my benefits?
The club or organization that provided you with these great benefits will communicate the latest information on new clubs,
benefits and special offers through their standard communication vehicles. Please also visit the website,
