Lightweight Workshop Tool Hose Assemblies: Metroflex
The above products, when correctly fitted, act as an Air-Fuse to
Protect Personal, Plant and Machinery in the event of a sudden
rupture occurring to a hose or to the compressed air system.
The Air-Fuse automatically cuts off the air supply when it exceeds
the manufacturers pre-set flow value. The factory pre-set allows
for the normal use of air tools, blow guns etc and is tamper
proof, only operating, automatically, when needed.
When triggered the Air-Fuse is designed to allow a constant
‘bleed’ of air to automatically reset when the hose or system are
repaired and normal use can resume.
