When the Diverter Valves are closed, the exhaust gases are routed
through the Peacemakers’ patent pending AeroBaffle, reducing the
exhaust sound volume to a lower level.
Featuring Diverter Valve and AeroBaffle™ technology,
Peacemakers® Exhausts enable riders to get the sound
they need, when they need it. Be wild and enjoy unleashing
the throaty rumble locked inside your Harley-Davidson®,
but then just flip the switch to tone it down when required.
When the Diverter Valves are opened, the exhaust gases flow
through the straight pipe down the center of the muffler, resulting in
increased exhaust sound volume and greater engine performance.

With the N41401 Peacemakers® Exhausts,
you’ll be able to enjoy powerful exhaust sound
on your FLH or FLT, but you can also turn down
the beat of your engine when you want to hear
the beat of your favorite song from your audio
system, or talk on your intercom/CB radio to
your passenger or other riders on long trips.

Peacemakers Exhausts for FL/FX Softails®
(except Softail® Deuce™, Fat Boy®, and
Softail® Deluxe), FX Dyna™, and XL
Sportster® models retain the staggered dual
configuration of the stock exhausts but enable
the rider to exhibit the strong, deep exhaust
note of a straight-piped Harley® motor without
having to worry about angering their neighbors
or local law enforcement.
The N41401 Peacemakers for 1995-06 FLH and
FLT Touring models feature slashdown tips with
the elegant Peacemakers logo for a timeless
look, and the chromed stainless steel
Aerobaffle™ and Diverter Valves will offer
years of corrosion-free, reliable operation.
Peacemakers exhausts for these models are
compatible with all other current National Cycle
accessories, including Chrome Lowers and
Cruiseliner™ saddlebags, and are also compatible with many Harley-Davidson® accessories,
including Highway Bars. The staggered dual
Peacemakers are equipped with tapered tips
and are a direct replacement for the stock mufflers and stock mounting hardware, and enable
the rider to retain the stock heat shields for
added convenience when carrying a passenger.
Peacemakers are direct replacements for the
stock mufflers and use the existing stock muffler mounting hardware. The Linear Actuator
Motor mounts on the frame downtube and is
compatible with the lowers on the Ultra
Classic® or other Touring models.

The N41411 Peacemakers Exhausts for the
FLSTF Fat Boy® and FLSTD Softail® Deuce™
and the N41413 for the FLSTN Softail® Deluxe
give you the deep, powerful sound that’s lacking from the stock exhaust, but allow you to
keep that shotgun exhaust look while gaining
the ability to adjust the exhaust volume sound
level on the fly using National Cycle’s exclusive
patented Linear Actuator Motor, Aerobaffle™
and Diverter Valve technology.
The N41411 and N41413 Peacemakers are
direct replacements for the stock mufflers and
use the stock muffler mounting hardware. The
stock muffler heat shields can also be retained
to provide added convenience when carrying
passengers. These systems are equipped with
tapered tips featuring the Peacemakers logo,
and are compatible with all other current
National Cycle accessories for FL Softail models, including Cruiseliner™ saddlebags and
Chrome Lowers for both our Switchblade® and
Heavy Duty™ windshields.

What Makes Quantum Coated Windshields
Better Than All the Others?
First Use of Lexan® Polycarbonate
In 1975, National Cycle was the first company in the
world to introduce and use GE’s Lexan® FMR hardcoated polycarbonate material for motorcycle windshields.
Using polycarbonate advanced windshield design and
durability, and the first modern styled, optically clear,
custom windshield was made by our company. We called
it the Heavy Duty™.
Superior Scratch Resistance
30X more scratch resistance than typical acrylic windshields is saying a lot! Think of it as 30X more miles per windshield. Even compared to FMR coated Lexan®polycarbonate, Quantum has 10X
better scratch resistance. With that kind of performance, you’ll
wear out your motorcycle before you wear out this windshield!

What are the Benefits of Lexan Polycarbonate?
Outstanding impact strength! No other thermoplastic
comes close to matching the impact strength of Lexan
polycarbonate, making it the ideal material for motorcycle windshields. It is 20X more impact resistant than

Think about riding into the sun or at night and not having to look
through the glare of fine scratches that eventually show up on your
screens. Quantum coating gives your windshield much better
scratch resistance, optical definition and clarity, and your windshield will stay that way a lot longer.

polycarbonate. So whether it is birds, bugs, stones or a
ball peen hammer, for the serious rider, a strong windshield is very important.
Why Hardcoat Windshields?
Many riders agree that strength is an important benefit,
but ask, “What affects the transparency of a windshield?” However tough Lexan polycarbonate is, it’s routinely subjected to surface deterioration from abrasion.
Polycarbonate must be hardcoated to be optically clear
enough for use as a motorcycle windshield. While most
aftermarket companies use acrylic material, some companies use polycarbonate with the FMR hardcoating
developed decades ago.

We use a steel wool scratch test to demonstrate the abrasion resistance of Quantum coated polycarbonate (bottom) against acrylic (top).
Here we see a motorcycle windshield with typical surface wear and
abrasions. This is not what you want in front of you when facing
oncoming traffic!
Award-winning Quantum coating is used in many

We’re proud to announce that the classic Heavy
Duty™ shields now feature National Cycle’s
state-of-the-art Quantum™ coating on
Lexan® polycarbonate material. All Heavy
Duty windshield frames feature highly polished
chrome steel outer hardware with non-glare
black epoxy coated steel inner straps* and are
available in two frame widths and six sizes to
ensure proper proportions to motorcycle style
and rider height. Mounting hardware is chrome
plated steel and will vary depending on application. This classic style with the an adjustable
center window allows some fine tuning in the
height and the ability to adjust for light bar,
chrome lowers or other clearances.
Narrow Frame Heavy Duty windshields feature
the same quality construction as the Wide
Frame Heavy Duty but are designed with a vertical strap spacing of 10.75" for a great fit on
Wide Glides and a must on Narrow Glides.
The Custom Heavy Duty™ is one of our most
popular windshields and offers plenty of height
with a slim profile for riders of FX Narrow Glides
and Sportster models who want to tour longer
distances.
The Low Boy Heavy Duty™ is the cut down
version of the Custom. It is the perfect choice
for riders sitting low in the saddle or for the
rider that likes a low screen.
A perennial best seller, the Touring Heavy
Duty™ offers plenty of height and width for
larger riders. A classic look, meanwhile, ensures
the shield enhances the front end of your bike.
The Ranger Heavy Duty™ cuts the slim profile
to its limits for the rider who wants just a small
shield. The Ranger looks great on Wide Glides
and Narrow Glides as well, and provides protection against wind and rain on the rider’s chest.
The Chopped Heavy Duty™ has a wide screen
and low profile to make it the preferred choice
of many riders. The Chopped provides excellent
protection for the chest and shoulders, and
enables most riders to look over the screen.

Our Beaded Heavy Duty™ windshield for the
FXSTS and FXSTSB is optically superior and
trimmed with a mechanically applied traditional
beaded edge. No yellowing or cracking of glue
joints is possible. The highly polished chrome
mounts attach to the handlebar risers to provide
a significant range of adjustment for height and
rake.
Here’s a stylish item for cruisers, hot rods, and
performance machines. The Flyscreen® is a
small windshield that will enhance the front end
of your bike. The clean appearance is accented
with a chrome front trim plate. A quality fork
mount system with countersunk screws offers a custom
fit for motorcycles with open
front ends.
This rugged windshield features stainless steel
and chrome hardware and FMR coated Lexan®
polycarbonate. All necessary mounting hardware is included.
The Flyscreen is made from a
durable, high impact acrylic material for outstanding value. Choose from two great shades
of tint: a dark tint (dark enough to hide cables)

Deflector Screen
Today, riders looking for a windshield at a particular price point are using National Cycle’s
Deflector Screens and Street Shields. These
handlebar-mounted or handlebar and forkmounted windshields incorporate a variety of
patented features at a great value. Individual
mounting, removal and adjustment features are
detailed below.
Our Deflector Screen™ is the world’s most
copied windshield. But only the original National
Cycle Deflector Screen offers the patented notool Rake Adjust™ hardware. This rake angle
adjustment feature has made this small windshield popular among motorcyclists worldwide.

You can adjust the screen angle to optimize
comfort and style by a simple adjustment of the
wing screw. An incorporated radial-tooth locking
mechanism keeps the screen at the angle you
choose, thus reducing fatigue while providing
wind and bug protection.
The Plexifairing 3 shown on the right is a step
up in wind protection if your riding requires the
protection of an OEM fairing but what you ride
is an XL or FXD. Sorry, Plexifairing 3 applications are not available for the Wide Glide®. For

Screen? The Street Shield™ is an excellent
choice. The Street Shield features a solid 4point mounting system that attaches to the handlebars with a U-clamp and to the upper fork
tubes.
A favorite for the serious rider who demands full
protection from wind, weather, and debris. The
Plexifairing 3™ features extended hand and
leg protection to make riding and long tours
more comfortable.
A protective rubber gasket ensures a close fit
around the headlight opening. The Plexifairing 3
has No-Hole Ballsocket™ mounts and includes
our QuickSet™ hardware for riders who enjoy
the advantages of excellent wind protection, but
occasionally like to leave the fairing at home.
The No-Hole Ballsocket™ mounts provide a

combination of chemical and cloth that will
keep your windshield as clean as possible. Our
cleaner is made to create that low surface tension that is key to keeping your windshield
clean. Just as important is the cloth – our
cleaning cloth is gentle and soft, but it lifts and
holds dirt rather than spreading it around.
National Cycle’s Windshield Cleaner is also
great for face shields, and safe on practically
any polycarbonate or acrylic windshield on the
market. The kit includes a one-ounce applicator
bottle of cleaning solution and a speciallydesigned microfiber cleaning cloth, both packaged in a small pouch that’s easy to bring along

Cruiseliner saddlebags open easily with a
“thumb push” button that flips the lockable lid
forward for easy access to items. The quality
hinge permanently fastens the lid to the bag.
The interior walls, lid, and seal are designed to
keep the contents safe and dry.
Got an old school bobber or 70s-era chopper? Our
chromed Custom Taillight helps make it legal, and
comes in both axle mount and fender mount styles.
Cruiseliner bags are made from impact resistant, rugged polymer blend and come primed
and painted gloss black. Model-specific mount
kits are sold separately.
The heavy gauge backing plates feature radius corners and countersunk truss heads. Both are DOT
approved, 12-volt, and come with standard wiring
harness plugs and wire splicers for quick installation.
Model N970R12 mounts on either side of the rear
axle, and has a double thick plate and reinforcing ribs
to eliminate vibration. Model N971R12 mounts on the
rear fender and has a contoured base for a flush fit.

Which Cruiseliner Style is Right For You?
Choose the “pocket back” style (N1100/N1102)
if you wish to retain the stock turn signals
mounted on the rear of the fender struts. These
bags feature a cutout for turn signal clearance.
The new inner duffel is stitched to shape so it
fits easily into the compartment of the hard
bags. The generous size conforms to the inside
cavity with room to spare.
If you decide to use an OEM or aftermarket turn
signal relocation kit, or if your turn signals have
already been mounted by the taillight, you can
use the “smooth back” style (N1101/N1103).
The well-constructed duffel is made from 600
denier polyester with a waterproof coating. A
two-way zipper allows easy access in and out
of the bag.

chromed Cast Fender Tips are an economical
way to add that finishing touch to your customized bike.
National Cycle Cast Fender Tips are custom
designed and clay modeled directly on the bike.
They are sized for each model’s front and rear
fenders, so sizes will vary.
They are easy to install and come with concealed screw mounts or countersunk outside
screws (depending on model) for the cleanest
possible appearance.
Back in the 1940s, National Cycle patented the
classic “airstreamer” style fender tip that practically defines the American cruiser look. This
hallmark product has been painstakingly refined
for today’s motorcycles.
The N7040 for 2001-06 FLSTF models (inset at
right) is a two-piece set for both the front and
rear tips of the front fender. Add the N7041 for
the rear fender and have classic style from front
to back.
By casting the product, the shape and high
crown details that distinguish these tips really
stand out. These are not ordinary fender tips.
These cast tips have a jewel quality chrome finish with a show bike polish.
It will be hard to find an accessory that will add
so much to your bike at such a reasonable cost.

Storage Pod is a great addition or alternative to
the standard tank bag.
In addition to the main compartment, four zippered storage areas (three main areas and one
document holder) are attached to a cleverly
designed removable tray.
National Cycle has answered the call for tech
support, and now offers a full line of new
TechMounts® for your motorcycle. So no matter where you go in this world, now you CAN
take it with you.
The Z6111 TechMount features an extra short
stem and a compact overall design. The clean,
“sanitary” look of your bike is preserved, but
with the added convenience and function of a
TechMount.
Sturdy double zippers keep everything secured
inside while the pod’s web straps and coated
hooks attach it to the bike. Thinking ahead,
National Cycle included plenty of length in the
web straps to make mounting the bag – under
the seat, to the rear tail cowling, or through a
rack – an easy process. Excess strap is pulled
to the inside of the bag, keeping everything
tight.
Platform size for all TechMounts is 3" x 2.25".
