Ly r ic a l Dec a denc e P r e - S p r i n g 2 0 17 Lyrical Decadence Theme & Inspiration For Pre-Spring 2017, the collection takes it’s references from nostalgic moments offering styles with feminine appeal and a nod to the men’s world embracing a vintage inspired colour palette that can keep with the modern woman, who looks for undeniable luxury – every day. Materials & Fabrics In a collection with a luxury feeling focus, soft silk, elegant lace and micro plissé are a must in perfect harmony with refined striped velvet, crepé silk and shiny satin woven fabric. The cardigans are in soft cashmere blends and chunky knit with cables while the must-have silk camisoles comes in new versions with beautiful mesh and renewed lace details. Colours & Combinations This season, the colour palette is slightly faded in a vintage way. The calm shades of grey, dusty pine, blue mist and faded rose dominate the collection working well with the sophisticated and strong black all embracing the elegant and feminine. Alongside, alternative interpretations of the classic monochrome stripes are expressed in the different materials embracing hand drawn stripes, transparent stripes in solid fabric together with dot print on chiffon. Silhouettes & Styling Key pieces include tailored dresses with references from the men’s world, shirt dresses used with a belt to shape the waist, wide leg trousers, midi skirts, dresses and shirts with asymmetric hemline, chunky knit and beautiful lace essentials. Look instantly pulled together with perfectly coordinated matching colours, or match elegant ladylike styles with cool T-shirts in fine fluid fabrics. Wear a bouclé jacket with fringe trim over an off the shoulder top or dress. Finally, the Pre-Spring 2017 collection also embraces a spectrum from patent leather boots, men’s shoes and elegant high heels.
