Suction and delivery hose for
fatty foods

Standards: D.M.(Minister’s Decree) 21/3/73. FDA title 21, item
177.2600 for fatty foods. CE 1935/04 and CE 2023/06.
Application: hardwall hose for suction and delivery of food products,
particularly suitable for oil and fatty foods. Sanitation: max 110°C for a
few minutes with steam; max 50°C for a few minutes with 1% peracetic
acid, 2% phosphoric acid, 5% caustic soda.
Temperature: from -15°C (+5°F) to +90°C (+194°F).
Construction
Tube: white, smooth, PVC/NBR food quality rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and helix wire.
Cover: blue, smooth (wrapped finish), CR rubber, fat and ageing
resistant.
Branding: continuous red/white stripe “IVG Food (family logo)...”.
Also available upon request:
