Biomechanics Research Laboratory
INTRODUCTION:
In keeping with our mission, the ONS Foundation for Clinical
Research and Education, Inc, proposes a Biomechanics
Research Laboratory to enhance standards of excellence for
the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders through clinical
research. The lab will utilize the skills of orthopaedic surgeons,
neurosurgeons and biomechanical engineers to make significant
advances in patient care and treatment.
Today, with people of all ages leading increasingly active lives,
musculoskeletal problems will affect every individual in some
way. Whether the result of physical activity or debilitating
injury, for each patient the goal is the same – obtain the best
outcome with the shortest recovery time. For this reason,
state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical techniques are critical.

Silent Auction
Conditions of Sale
1.A bid is entered by printing your name, phone number and
amount of your bid on the bid sheet in front of the corresponding
item. Bids below minimum will not be accepted.
2.Bids should be in whole dollars and must be equal to or exceed
the minimum bid stated on the bid sheet. Succeeding bids must
exceed the previous bid by the minimum raise stated on the
bid sheet.
3.Items will be awarded to the last, highest, qualified bidder
whose bid will be highlighted at closing. Bidding will close
when dinner is announced.
4.In the event of any dispute, the auction committee shall have the
sole discretion to determine the successful bidder.
5.Payment must be made in full before leaving the club. Payment
must be made in cash, check, or by MasterCard, Visa or AMEX.
Please make checks payable to the ONS Foundation for Clinical
Research and Education, Inc.
6.All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on
items except where specified. If the winner’s amount exceeds
the value of the item, the excess amount may be taken as a tax
deduction. All items and services must be used within one year
of the Golf Outing unless otherwise specified. Dates and times
should be arranged between the donor and the buyer within
30 days of the auction.
7.All items in the silent auction are sold “as is” condition.

Foundation for Clinical Research and Education, Inc.
8.Items may be removed by showing a paid receipt at the time of
the departure. The auction committee requests that purchasers
remove all items that can be carried on the night of the Golf
Outing. Exceptions must be made prior to the end of the
evening. The buyer is responsible for delivery.

Jack Nicklaus at St. Andrews
Jack Nicklaus launches his drive on the 18th hole during the second round
of the 2005 British Open Championship on the Old Course at St. Andrews,
Scotland. Nicklaus made birdie on what was the final hole of his 38-year Open
Championship career. The Golden Bear won the British Open three times
(1966, 1970 and 1978), including the 1970 and 1978 Open Championships at
St. Andrews. Nicklaus was runner-up seven times at the British Open, including
the 1964 edition at St. Andrews, when he finished five shots behind winner
Tony Lema. This limited edition print run of 100 is numbered and signed by
Jack Nicklaus. The 13x18’ archival print is mounted in a Larson-Juhl Tribeca
