new, modern
format enables
us to better serve
the needs of our
members. Though
some service
interruptions
were necessary, we all worked together
to help the project go as smoothly as
possible - you, included. Your cooperation
and patience during these past months was
a key to the success of the project and we
thank you.

project may have affected your accounts

to speak with a Representative.
Users of our automated Call-24 Telephone
Banking service may have noticed some recent
changes. Just as a reminder: you’ll still be able to
obtain the same information as before; however,
you will hear a new voice and the prompts will be
different. Members accustomed to speeding
through prompts without listening to the
options will need to adjust to the new
prompts, as you must now wait to enter your
account information until prompted to do
so. Suffix numbers will be called ID numbers and
you may enter either your existing two digit suffix
or 00 followed by your two digit suffix number
when prompted. We also remind you that Call-24
history began building on July 1, 2013. You will
be unable to access any history prior to that date.
Please refer to the Call-24 Reference Guide
(previously sent to your home or available at
www.NassauFinancial.org) the first few times
you call and become familiar with the new system.
