our barns using a
square tubular steel
frame system leaving
a 3/16” ventilation
gap between the
foundation and the
bottom structural
tube. For further
circulation, a second
gap is built-in
between the bottom
tube and the lumber.
These gaps prolong
your barn’s life by
allowing moisture to
evaporate quickly
instead of being
trapped, as it would
be with a typical
“U” shaped
channel design.
