Market Street at DC Ranch
Market Street is an upscale retail and commercial
center located within the DC Ranch residential
community. The goal of this project is to add color
and texture to Market Street while complementing
the architecture and enhancing the visibility to
storefronts. The landscape upgrades are an
elegant combination of the soft and structural
character that is a hallmark attribute to the desert.
Client
In addition to the landscape modifications, a
unique crosswalk design has been developed
that integrates art and color to add to the already
distinctive character of the center. The crosswalk
design is a tribute to the rich history of the region
and aims to become a landmark feature to Market
Street.
