We do not support Microsoft Publisher or Corel Draw native formats. You will have to export these into .eps or .jpg file formats. Microsoft Word 2008 files must be saved as .doc format in order for us to read them. (.docx files are not supported.) Images Image Size All images should be 200dpi @ actual print size. Color Mode Ensure you use CMYK mode for all color images. Greyscale Mode should be used for all b&w images. Color Profile Within Adobe Photoshop® the color profile to use is U.S. Web Uncoated. For greyscale images, use the 30% Dot Gain profile. PDF Settings Acrobat Distiller Please use the “Press” default settings when providing pdf files.
