The Victory Is Assured
...stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you...
2 Chronicles 20:17
Don’t get restless. Don’t get nervous. No matter what the
situation looks like, just stand still and see.
Don’t get busy doing other things because you are afraid that
what you are hoping for will not come to pass. Just stand still and
watch God do what He said He would do.
He said He would bring the victory. He said you would win.
He said you would have what you asked for. All you have to do is
wait and watch, never losing hope.
It is nerve wracking wondering if things will turn out the
way you want. Waiting to see the vision fulfilled can be exhausting.
You hope against hope, but yet you heard God say, “The
victory is yours.” You heard Him and you saw how things are
supposed to be. But yet wait you must. Watch you must. Because
God is coming. And He will not disappoint.
The next time you receive a promise, a word or a vision from
God, stand where you are. Don’t be afraid to watch. You will see the
victory of God rolling through defeat, roaring past impossible,
pushing back the negative attitude of can’t happen-won’t happen
coming right at you. And what you wanted to happen will happen –
if you are not afraid to see.
Don’t worry. Don’t fret. Don’t wonder. The victory is assured.
God is with you.
Be bold. You asked. You will receive. And if you have the
courage to watch, you will see what God will do. You will see God.
