History of Iran Khodro Investment Development Co.
Iran Khodro Investment Development Company (IKIDO) started its activity in 1998 aiming at organizing investment activities of all companies affiliated to Iran Khodro Industrial Group (IKCO) in order to increase their capacities
and to supply automotive parts and components required for the manufacturing lines of IKCO.
Since it was necessary to enter finance and capital markets, IKCO decided to lay the groundwork for its economic activities in IKIDO. Therefore Iran Khodro Industrial Development Co. (Private Joint Stock) was renamed as
Iran Khodro Investment Development Company (Public Joint Stock) in late 2003 and the mission of the company
switched from manufacturing capacity building to capital management through investment in companies, initiating
new profit making economic entities and entering the capital markets.
IKIDO as the first investment development holding company in automotive industry, has played a major and
priceless role in developing and finalizing auto industry value chain. In compliance with it›s mission statement, IKIDO
is aiming to achieve the title of the most outstanding local investment company as well as
gaining a constant and effective presence in International markets and Industrial and financial areas.

Iran Khodro Casting Co
Activity
The company was established in 2000 to produce different types of cast iron part for light vehicles.
Executive operation of the project began on 4/5/2003. Hot commissioning of the machinery was
started on 5/12/2005. Begin production from June 2006 and began pilot production in terms of Ramp
up as formal 31/5/2006 took place.

under number 6473 dated January 21st ، 2001 in Karaj Registration of Companies and Industrial

The company was registered in 1964 and came on stream two years later in 1966
by producing and assembling buses. The company was transformed to a public stock
