GAME DAY SHUTTLE INFORMATION
The Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl
offers game day shuttle service with Gray Line for
$10 per person. Shuttles begin at 12:30 PM. Call Gray
Line for reservations at 615.883.5555. The shuttle
service program provides round trip transportation
between LP Field and the following three locations:
• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or
without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium
along with one of the clear bag options.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items
after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger
than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs,
cinch bags, luggage of any kind, seat cushions, computer bags
and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
• Any hand-held item and persons will be subject to visual
inspection; ticket holders refusing such search may be
denied admittance.
• If stadium security determines, in its sole discretion, that a
bag or parcel is too large, fans will be asked to return it to
their car.

Video cameras, coolers, ice chests, cans, bottles, weapons,
fireworks, strollers, umbrellas, banners and any type of
noisemakers are all prohibited.

Pickup will begin 90 minutes before kickoff and end
90 minutes after the game’s conclusion.

Disabled fans will continue to be serviced through
this program by utilizing either remote lot.
LP field safety regulations
• LP Field entrances open two hours prior to kickoff.
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not
exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or a one-gallon clear plastic
freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) may be carried into
the stadium.
• Fans attending events at LP Field must be 21 years of age or
older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on LP Field
property. Management reserves the right to check proof of
age at any time. Violations of this alcohol policy may result in
ejection and/or arrest.
• Police officers are on duty throughout LP Field each game.
Patrons in need of assistance from a police officer should
notify the nearest usher or police officer. The police room is
located on the Service Level where officers are on duty when
the gates open and until one hour after the game has ended.
• LP Field has a “NO SMOKING POLICY” in the seating,
Suite and Club areas. We have provided areas for smokers on
the ramps located at each corner of LP Field. In addition to
the ramps, Club patrons may use the special club verandas
located at Section 303 on the West side and at Section 326 on
the East side. Smoking policies are subject to applicable law.

If I’m staying in a downtown hotel and decide to have
lunch on Broadway or 2nd Avenue before the game, how
should I get to the stadium?
LP Field is accessible from the downtown area by the Shelby
Street pedestrian bridge and Woodland Street bridge.
Can I park downtown and walk to LP Field?
Yes, parking lots are available within the downtown Nashville
area and allow for fans to access LP Field from the Shelby
Street pedestrian bridge. Visit parkitdowntown.com for a
complete listing of all downtown Nashville parking options.

The official chalk talk event of the Bowl features the two
head coaches, WKRN News 2 personality Cory Curtis and
the participating student-athletes. The event takes place at
the world famous Wildhorse Saloon on historic 2nd Avenue.
RSVPs are required. For brunch tickets and information, call
the Bowl office at 615.743.3130. Bowl Patch holders receive $5
off admission. Ticket availablility is limited.

Fans from the SEC and ACC will have an opportunity to play
within steps of LP Field in the South End Zone-area, Lot R.
Interactive games will be provided for the entire family. It’s a
great start for game day and a great way to be a part of all the
pageantry of the Bowl. Festivities begin at 11:30 AM. Open to
the general public. Admission is FREE.
2:15 Pm: Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl

Broadcast live on ESPN and through the Nevada Sports Radio
national network, the Bowl is Nashville’s Holiday Tradition.
The SEC and ACC feature some of the largest, most loyal and
rabid college football fans in the country.
7 Pm: Nashville Predators vs. Detroit Red Wings

Come watch professional and amateur eaters compete as they
devour Nashville’s famous dish! All are welcome to watch
at the stage on 1st Avenue and Broadway. Stay and enjoy
MusicFest and Battle of the Bands after!
5 – 7 pm: MusicFest & Battle of the Bands
MusicFest and Battle of the Bands is the ultimate outdoor
party atmosphere. Southern Rock legend, 38 SPECIAL, will
get the night started with a FREE concert at 1st Avenue and
Broadway before the SEC and ACC marching bands and
cheerleaders take to the streets in the Battle of the Bands.
Thousands of fans will descend upon Lower Broadway on the
eve of the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl for
this FREE event. Don’t miss it!
Tuesday, Dec. 31:
Ring in the New Year and rock out the old with Music City
and thousands of your closest friends at Nashville’s New
Year’s Eve party on Lower Broadway. Bring your party hats.
Make some noise. Count down to the fireworks and midnight
“Music Note Drop®”! Brett Eldredge and Blackberry Smoke
will perform, along with headliner Hank Williams, Jr. Open
to the general public. Concert is FREE.
