CZECH SEED BEADS
Glass Seed Beads made in the Czech Republic. Slight variation in size and color is to be tolerated. Order enough beads for your entire
project to ensure the same dye lot. All beads strung in hanks of 24 strings, 10" long (2 strings = 1 loop). The larger the number the

PRICING:
Since item prices may change after a catalog has printed (international laws, availability, etc.), the current price may be higher or

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
Cash In person at our store or when we travel to an event. Please do not mail cash.
Credit Cards We take Visa and MasterCard. These can be used in person, over the phone, by fax or mail, or on our secure website.
ATM/Debit Cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo on them can be used like a credit card. Double check your billing information
carefully to ensure speedy order processing.
Check or Money Order
If order total is not the same as check/Money Order amount (out of stock, price change, etc.), you will be billed or refunded the
difference.
Checks - We will take personal, business or bank checks. Orders will ship when the check clears the bank, which may take up to
two weeks. This is not a suggested payment method because it is very slow.
Money Order - We only accept Money Orders from the United States Postal Office.
Any check returned with insufficient funds will incur a $30 Returned Check Fee on top of the original charge. Any fraudulent checks
or money orders may be forwarded to the authorities for criminal prosecution.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Wakeda.com ships with FedEx and USPS, chosen at our discretion. All packages are insured regardless of shipping carrier chosen.
A signature will be required for all FedEx shipments, all International shipments, and USPS Express shipments. This signature is the
only way to insure that your package is protected against loss or damage during transit. If you do not wish to sign for a FedEx
shipment, many carriers will accept a signed note left at your door, asking them to leave it without being there.
Returns:
Since all shipments are insured, if a shipment comes damaged from shipping please contact us within 7 days and we will make
inquiries and arrangements with the shipping carrier.
We will replace or exchange any defective merchandise.
If you wish to exchange something, you must contact us for approval and instructions.
