Furnish and install a complete waste and venet system from the existing sewer in the
basement for (1) toilet, (1) lavatory, (1) kitchen sink, (1) washer box, and (1) laundry tub.
Relocate the existing vent for the first floor powder room.
Furnish and install a safety pan for the washer and pipe it to the outside.
Furnish and install a potable water system from the existing piping in the basemetn for new
frost proof hose bib at the rear of th new addtion.
Install owner provided dishwasher and water line to the owner provided ice maker.
Furnish and install a gas line from the existing piping in the basement to secong floor HVAC
unit as well as the new fire place in between the breakfast area and family room.
