for
the
wonderful meal and for
coordinating the details
of the event.
Special
thanks to Dale Balkovec
for
her
tremendous
support. Thank you to
parent volunteers who
supervised students in the
classrooms. Of course,
none of this would be
possible without the
ongoing support and
involvement of our class
parents. We value and
appreciate all that you do
for our school community.

Staff Professional Development
Laurie Ewert-Krocker is a member of the
Adolescent Community Faculty and a Pedagogical
Advisor at the Hershey Montessori School in
Cleveland Ohio. She has been with the School
Adolescent Program since it began in 1996. Laurie
taught Upper Elementary for several years prior to
designing the adolescent program.
If students are sick, please keep them
home! It is school policy to contact parents
promptly if we observe that a student is
sick or has a fever exceeding 38°C or 100°F.
Parents are required to pick up their child
right away; this reduces child discomfort
and risk of infecting other students.
Laurie Ewert-Krocker
Junior High faculty benefitted from Laurie’s visit to
BHMS during a three day Professional Development
session.
