Green Day is an office building designed and built
in the spirit of respect for nature. There are real actions
behind these words, which we are proud of. They are
the result of the consistent implementation of Skanska
Green Initiative.
The building was designed in a way that allows for its minimum
possible impact on the environment. Its energy supply comes from
renewable sources and materials used in the construction are regional
and recycled ones. In addition, Green Day has been equipped with
energy and water saving systems. Its optimum ventilation ensures
a greater inflow of fresh air and the vast windows fill the space with
a maximum amount of sunlight.
