sheep. The trees are unharmed by the process, and they connue producing cork for an average of 150 years.
CORK is composed of dead cells that accumulate on the outer surface of the cork tree...its honey-comb-like structure consists
largely of empty space...like layers of microscopic Bubble Wrap. It is effecve as a cushioning material, insulaon material for
both temperature and Noise and a very good non-slip surface….plus being highly resilient .
