framed sets rarely offered, good resale potential with some
individual pins very scarce (117 pins); together with a Herald-Sun
Sydney 2000 Olympic Torch Relay pin album; Gallipoli 2006 sprig

Sponsor pins were part of an initiative developed by SOCOG to
provide an opportunity for Australian based sponsors and SOCOG
employees to purchase pins exclusive to their organizations at an
initial cost of $5 per pin. Issued in limited numbers in Australia
only, these are different to and much scarcer than regular pins
issued to the general public.
