Wedding Services
Wedding Specialist
Our on-site experts will work with you and/or your
consultant to reserve your dates and plan the schedule
of events. We’ll assist in coordinating all food and
beverage details, floor plans, linens and service options
at the castle.
Flowers:
Stokesay Castle will be pleased to assist you or
to make arrangements with our preferred floral
designers, or the florist of your choice. We can
also create themes and matching décor for your
event setting.
Stokesay Castle, with its historic beauty, is the perfect
place for your wedding reception. We offer elegantly
appointed ballrooms as well as more intimate rooms,
ideal for any size celebration.
Accommodations for outside wedding ceremonies
are available in our charming Wedding Garden. With
its well-manicured landscape the Garden presents
convenient and picturesque photo opportunities.
From exquisite cuisine to impeccable service, your
special day is our priority at Stokesay Castle. You
will find our staff attentive to every detail from the
beginning of your planning stages to your final

Our ensemble of local bakers and cake designers
will be able to assist you in finding the perfect cake
(or cupcakes!) to fit your theme.
Menu Creations:
Stokesay Castle prides itself on culinary
creativity, and offers an extensive array of menus
from which to choose. Or, if you wish, we can
completely custom-design a menu for you, along
with your choice of beverages. Whether your
reception is an intimate family brunch, a
sophisticated cocktail buffet or a grand
reception, our team will assist you or your
bridal consultant from planning to execution.
Linens and Tabletop Décor:
Stokesay Castle offers a standard level of superior
linens, cutlery, china and glassware for all banquet
tables. Special colors, patterns or designs may be
obtained for a nominal rental fee.
Transportation:
At your request, Stokesay Castle can arrange
local transportation for you or your visiting guests.
Stokesay Castle also has a fully loaded limousine
and other luxury vehicles for an additional fee.
Preferred Vendors and Service Coordination:
At your request, we can provide recommended
vendors for all your wedding needs, including
photography and entertainment.
Our philosophy is that Stokesay Castle is the stage
on which you create your vision. Our flexibility is
our hallmark. We are happy to recommend, but do
not require that you use our preferred vendors.
