Ice Cream Mix-In
In mixing bowl, melt chocolate, sugar, unsweetened chocolate and butter over pan of hot water.
Combine eggs and vanilla extract; reserve. Combine flour, cocoa powder and cookies; reserve. Mix
the eggs and vanilla mixture with the melted chocolate mixture. Fold in the flour mixture. Spread
on a full sheet baking pan and bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until set.

Ice Cream Mix-In
Blend cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in
kitchen mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at
a time, until well incorporated. Add all of the
cookies and mix thoroughly. Pour batter onto
cooled crusts and bake in water bath for 65
minutes at 325-degrees. Let cool for at least
four hours prior to cutting.
