History
A dark doorway nestled in the heart
of Chelsea’s Kings Road conceals
one of London’s most prestigious
night spots, Raffles Chelsea. The
club opened its doors in 1967 and
the phrase, “What happens in
Raffles, stays in Raffles” was born.
Named after the colonial mogul, Sir
Thomas Stamford Bingley Raffles,
the club has been graced by Rock
Stars, Aristocracy and Royalty alike.

Cointreau & fresh lime topped with
champagne, served in a champagne
flute.
Allegedly named after Rear-Admiral
Sir Thomas Gimlette, who introduced
the drink to fight off scurvy amongst
his shipmates, this classic cocktail
consists of gin mixed with lime, shaken
over ice & served in a martini glass.
Vodka, cranberry, elderflower &
fresh lemon shaken & strained into
a martini glass with an orange peel
garnish.
Named after the colonial founder of
Singapore, the original recipe is said
to have been lost, but here you will
find a gin-based cocktail consisting of
Cointreau, Cherry Heering, Bénédictine,
pineapple & fresh lime.
This 1940’s classic cocktail features
aged light rum served with fresh lime
& Coca Cola over ice in a long glass.
