Our Chef to Farm dinner at Rose’s Berry Farm in Glastonbury, CT is an opportunity for our guests to enjoy the
freshest foods and produce in the sublime beauty of our farms, the true treasures of the state. Your evening
begins with a harvest table of salumi, artisan cheeses, local fruits and vegetables, and antipasti. Chef/Owner
Billy Grant and his Chef de Cuisines, Kenneth Ward – Restaurant Bricco, Corey Cannon – Bricco Trattoria, and
Eric Sass – Grants Restaurant and Bar have developed a menu with ingredients sourced daily from local
farmers, ranchers and fishermen. Prepare yourself for an incredible evening of delicious food, local beer,
crafted cocktails, and table wines.
