North Olmsted City Schools Outlook Web App
1. Open an Internet web browser window and navigate to:
http://email.leeca.org
Choose This is a Private Computer
Type
FirstName.LastName
Type in your temporary password
Click on SIGN IN
This is the WEBMAIL MAIN SCREEN
2. Let’s change your password, but there are some rules
about Password Creation which you can read below.
Click on OPTIONS.
Passwords must follow LEECA’s password policy. This
policy requires a new password every 35 days . You will
receive notification for this change through a bar that
comes up on your browser window. The system will
remember 3 previous passwords..meaning you can’t
repeat a password for about 90 days. A complex password
of 8 characters with a combinations of: upper case, lower
case numbers and/or symbols must be included. A
suggestion is to think of a meaningful phrase. Now change
some of the letters to symbols. For example,
TheC@tJumped0verTheM00n
Create a new password and write it down. Make sure it
follows all the rules. Do this before going to the password
change screen. You won’t want to have to re-type the
temp password more than once! Click here to change
your password now and whenever a password change is
needed.
Type in your Old password
Type in your new password which you have created
using the “rules” above. Confirm the new password.
Don’t forget to SAVE the changes!
Let’s do a few more things while we are on this screen.
Click on the icon MAIL
screen.

Customize the font and features of composing your email
messages.
Don’t forget to SAVE the changes!
This is intended to get you started and to help you change your temporary password. This email account
is fully functional should you choose to begin using it. Email me when you are ready to use your new
Outlook Web App and start reading your mail through the nocseagles account. Remember that both
your new and old accounts will still function with the only change being you use the new Outlook Web
App to read your email. You will only see mail sent or forwarded to your new address on Outlook Web.
Also, the password being sent today is already 10 days old!!! Please change it before it expires.
