2014 Sales Outpace 2013’s Recovery*
2013 was the busiest year in Naramata real estate since 2007, and now it seems that 2014 may be even
busier!
MLS statistics for the first 5 months of 2013 showed 19 Naramata sales of farms, lots, homes
and townhouses. But, the same period of 2014 (January 1 - May 31) has had 23 sales.
And, we are proud to say that Royal LePage Locations West represented 74% of
the MLS sales in Naramata* during the first five months of 2014.
