The manifestations of conflict, fear, climate change and resource scarcity are real threats to the future of our sector. We look here at how, with better collaboration, transparency, and openness of the true cost of business, companies within our sector can respond and react appropriately. The future for Travel & Tourism will take us beyond our current silos, beyond our comfort zones and beyond borders. GLOBAL MEGA TRENDS – Keynote speech from Jeremy Rifkin, Advisor to the European Union, President of the Foundation on Economic Trends - Technology is changing the businesses within our world from rewarding those where control and ownership is centralised, closed and proprietary, to those which value transparency and lateral economies of scale. What will it take for the path to future growth to be truly sustainable? Erika will look at how the principles of sustainable investment are being applied across capital markets.
