High scoring run by Bonnie Martin on Kittens; Marking a flaming
228 in the first round of the Un-cola Non Pro, giving her high point
Non-pro/Amateur Ladies Award; this win awarded a hand crafted
dress buckle designed by S. Curtis Jewelers and adorned with white
and black diamonds, Also, winning the Non-pro/Amateur Award,
which awarded a hand painted personalized trunk by artist Barbara
Weber will feature her amazing horse Kittens.
Steve Schlesinger, smoking on Donna Lu Campbells, Scatman
Cutters; left them all smoldering in the ashes with a score of 222 in
the Futurity Finals. Also, winning the Gelding Class, and the Jerry
Ward Incentive; awarding a bronze sculpted vase by Jan Mapes.
An impressive and searing ride by Janet Westfall, on Lil Bit Reckless
with a volcanic score of 224 in the Classic Challenge Non-pro Finals.
Handing Reserve Champion Carol Ward, riding Lil Dulce Lu a “hot
piece of coal”
A blazing ride in the Futurity Non-pro Champion by Hayden Upton,
riding Shez Cat Actin with a score of 221. Hayden was also the
Limited Champion. Stephanie Larrabee was Reserve Champion
on Sanjo Royal and the winner of the Jerry Ward Incentive.
