Bench type CNC Drilling Machine with X,Y &Z axis servo motor driven. X and Y Axes fitted with LM
Guides and Ball Screws. Drilling head quill can travel up and down for drilling by ball screws. Head stock
shall be manually adjusted by rack & pinion and locked to the pillar column to suite height of job. The
column is mounted on a X,Y table. The machine is fitted with suitable machine cover to protect the
operator from chips. Ergonomically designed machine operator panel and monitor shall be fitted
with cover.

Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is an integrated, computer controlled,
automated manufacturing system that covers material handling systems,
CNC machine tools, inspection storage and retrieval systems that can
simultaneously process medium-sized volumes of a variety of parts. The
system can be further expanded to Computer Integrated Manufacturing
(CIM) system by addition of a conveyor system, Co-ordinate Measuring

Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) System is an integrated,
computer-controlled, automated manufacturing system for training that
covers material handling systems like Automated Guided Vehicle, CNC
machine tools, automatic storage and retrieval systema that can

Linear Slide
Linear Slide base has the capability to control linear
movement along an axis. Students can make use of this kit
to control the linear movement of the slide with respect to
the homing position and to and fro movement possible, for
increased flexibility in controlling various applications.
Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor is an equipment to move materials/objects
from one end to other between its extreme ends. This is a
miniature model of a real time industrial conveyor system.
The operation of the conveyor is limited to single direction
according to the usage.The conveyor belt rolls over two
pulleys fixed on either end. The pulleys roll freely and
maintain a free movement for the belt.
Pneumatic Kit
Mechatronics Pneumatic Kit has the capability to control
solenoid valves, different cylinders, different control valves,
sensors, etc. Students can make use of this kit to control
and actuate the various movements of the Linear
single/Double acting cylinders, adding feasibility to the
sense of the position of the cylinder with the help of
different types of sensors; one for Inductive and other for
Non-inductive applications, controlling various types of

Rotary Table
Rotary Table can control the rotary movement of the
conveyor about an axis. This kit is used to control the rotary
movements of the conveyor as required based on the
application; it can track the count of indexed intervals etc.,
aware of Geneva mechanism applications, and has bidirectional control.
X-Y Table
X-Y Table positioning control controls the positioning of X &
Y within the Table.
The software aims at controlling the table movement with
ease of control and flexibility in handling. Engineering
