What does the secure, efficient, sustainable and competitive power supply system of the future look
like?
Energy demand is rising worldwide, but in most regions – even in developed countries – the infrastructure is aging. Also, as renewable energies gain importance, demands on the power grid are rising, with
volatile and decentralized power supply threatening its stability. Both the political and business
spheres are calling for comprehensive renovation of the energy infrastructure, and closer coordination
between energy generation, distribution, storage and consumption.
The Smart Grids Forum offers lectures from experts and panel discussions. It is integrated in the

Am Messefreitag, dem 29. April 2016, bietet Tec2You unter dem Motto Festival of Technology darüber
hinaus allen Jugendlichen ab 15 Jahren einen erlebnisreichen Besuch der HANNOVER MESSE zum
Sondereintrittspreis von 3,00 EUR.
The Tec2You initiative makes it possible – and very attractive – for school leavers and students to take a
trip to Hannover in order to attend HANNOVER MESSE, where they can discover exciting careers in
engineering and other technical fields. The program is particularly targeted at young people in their
final year of schooling or vocational training, as well as first-semester students and enrollees of vocational schools. Friday, 29 April, is the special Festival of Technology at Tec2You, which features an exciting program rich in hands-on experience. This program – for which admission costs only EUR 3 per
person – is aimed at young people 15 or older.
