Rear legs are longer and heavier than
the front legs. Push on white caps.

The Header Box Side Walls attach
under the Spray Bar top screw clamp
and the Dredge Flume holes. Rest the
Shovel Platform on the Spray Bar and
screw in place.

Stand the Highbanker/Combo in the
stream of water that you will be
working. Raise the Highbanker/
Dredge to a minimum height above
the water. Remember the less height
difference from the Nozzle tip to the
top of the Header Box, the better the
Nozzle suction.

2” Dredge Assembly
1 1/4” Pressure Hose
Screw the 1 1/4” Pressure Hose onto the
P.V.C. Valve Assembly. Twist the Valve
Assembly onto the Lay Flat Hose to the
pump. Now attach to the Top Tray Spray
Bar. Then attach to Flume and Nozzle.

Splash Screen Placement
Place the Moss on the Black Ribbed
Mat. Place the Punch Hole Screen on
the Moss. Wedge it down tight with
the two Wood Blocks placed under
the plastic pegs.

Header Box Spray Bar Assembly
Thread the Spray Bar with the small
holes onto the Valve Assembly with the
longest piece of Blue Lay Flat Hose.
Mount to the Header Box with the
plastic clamps found in the tool tray.
Screw on Garden Hose Valve and
Garden Hose.

Slide the Dredge 3rd Tray between the
Top Tray and Bottom Tray. Lift and hang
on the cross bars of the Bottom Tray.

Screw down the Dredge Header Box Flume

Thread the Spray Bar with the large
holes onto the Valve Assembly with
the short Blue Lay Flat Hose. Mount
to the Side Panels with the plastic
clamps found in the tool tray.
The P.V.C. “Y”-Coupler can then be
threaded to the Spray Bars.

Tool Tray Assembly
Open end of Tool Tray faces the side
with the Spray Bar Valves.

Screw in place under the Header Box
Grizzly. Rotate to touch the Tines and
tighten.

Loosen
Screws
Loosen (DO NOT REMOVE) the 4 screws that
hold down the Header Box Grizzly. Lift the
Grizzly Tines and place the 3/4” aluminum
angle between the Tines and the Back Panel.
The end tabs on the angle will hook on the
welds in the corner. Retighten the Grizzly
screws. The pressure from the Tines will hold
the angle in place.

Top Tray Classifying Screen Assembly
Place the Classifying Screen under the Spray
Bar and rest it on the two Plastic Pegs located
on the Side Panels.. Push it all the way back so
it will hang on it’s own while you reach for the
Top Tray.

Top Tray Assembly
The Moss of the Top Tray slips under
the rubber flap of the Classifying
Screen assembly. The flap is then
pinched down when the Riffle Tray is
latched tight.. Note: The Velcro on
the cross bar of the Bottom Tray mates
with the Velcro on the bottom of the
Top Tray and holds the assembly in
place.

Remove Header Box Spray Bar Valve
Assembly & “Y”-coupler. Center “3rd Tray
Flume” under Top Tray Classifying Screen and
insert #1 screw through the first row of punch
holes. Then insert #2 screw through the
screen and wing nut the screws in place.
Replace the Classifying Screen in the
Highbanker with the Top Tray.
