InterpersonalCompetence

students’skillsingroupworkandsettings.

sensitiveandempatheticwithothers.”

Recognition and Acceptance of
Interdependence
—  Recognitionandacceptanceofinterdependence
occurswhenstudents“learnlessonsaboutreciprocity,
compromise,[and]sacrifice.”
—  Here,“theneedtobeindependentandthelongingfor
inclusionbecomebetterbalanced[and]hardlessons
bringtheacceptanceofthosethingsthatcannotbe
changed”.
