We invite all SPCS families and their friends to enlighten with our ancient Hindu Traditions by celebrating NAVRATRI through Raas Garba. Let us return the glory and purity of our time-­‐tested rituals and traditions. Please encourage family, friends and children to join this event and make it successful. The program will begin with group Garba. Aarti will be performed during break followed by group Dandiya Raas. ***Best Garba Performer and Best costume Competition***
We have chosen five Judges to choose best Garba performer and best costume, so please practice more and
wear best costume to be a winner! Special competition is arranged for youth and kids.

v Announcement from CA Women’s Forum:
Women's Forum wants to say Thank You to all the ladies who helped at our picnic event this year.
Since last two years, we were talking about having new Garbi for Mataji. It's being made in India
right now. Hopefully we will receive it before 13th September. Cost of Garbi is fully paid by SPCS-CA
Women’s Forum members. Ladies, if you want to be a part of making Garbi for Mataji, you can
contribute money for Garbi. Women’s Forum accepts $20 minimum to maximum any amount you
wish. You can give to any of our Women’s Forum members or send it with your garba registration.
Thank you for your contribution to brand new Garbi for Mataji, we always appreciate it.

Since No Nominations were received for CA LEC term of 2014 to 2016, Sharad Ribadia has accepted
to lead CA chapter for this term as our President, on his LEC panel are Paresh D. Patel as
Secretary, and Ashish R. Sheladia as Treasurer. Sharad is very energetic, has community spirit and
loves challenges; his goal is to light up all the corners of SPCS-CA. On behalf of all CA Chapter
members, we congratulate Sharad and wish you all the success and we stand united with you.
We also had trustee election this year, and Hardik Kachhadia was elected as our third Trustee. We
would also like to congratulate him.
