 Three consecutive Women’s College World Series title game
appearances (2002-04; National Champions in 2002).
 The NCAA national championship in 2002 was the first by a
women’s team in Cal athletic program history (the Bears finished
the season 56-19 with a perfect 8-0 postseason record)
 Cal has appeared in seven of the last 10 NCAA WCWS, and ten
overall, including three appearances in AIAW College World Series.

by any Pac-10 school (second-longest in the nation).
