Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: Net 30 to credit approved customers. Payment terms expressed on invoices are those which apply, unless
otherwise agreed to by Nady Systems in writing. Any other terms implied or verbally expressed are not valid.
General: All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Terms, conditions, and prices stated on credit application,
invoice, and dealer price list are in effect on all orders, unless otherwise approved in writing by Nady Systems, Inc.
Shipping: All shipments are sent UPS Ground, Free On Board (F.O.B.) Emeryville, CA., USA, unless otherwise agreed to by
Nady Systems. All shipments are freight collect or prepaid and added to invoice, unless otherwise agreed to by Nady Systems
in writing.
Service and Repair: For all service related to defective unit, (including DOA), dealers or individuals must contact Nady Customer
Service at 510-652-2411 for correct procedures and a Return Authorization Number or the unit will not be accepted. Units and
accessories requiring service during the warranty period must be sent to Nady freight prepaid and will be repaired or replaced.
Units damaged in shipping are not covered by warranty and claims must be submitted to the shipper by the consignee in a
timely manner. Non-warranty units can be repaired or replaced for a flat fee plus shipping costs. Charges vary per model and
turnaround time required. For streamlined service, you are encouraged to have customers send units for repair directly to Nady
Systems.
Returns for Credit: No returns will be accepted by Nady Systems without prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization
Number. For consideration, contact your Nady Sales Manager at 510-652-2411. Returns are subject to a number of conditions
and granted only at the discretion of Nady Systems. Products approved for return must be repackaged in their original
packaging including all packing materials, warranty cards, user manuals, etc. and shipped to Nady Systems freight prepaid.
Upon inspection of merchandise, returned products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
