“My mother always set the dinner table with fresh flowers,” recalls Jim Hiller, CEO of Hiller’s Markets. “One
day she said, ‘If I’m buying all my food at Hiller’s, I should be able to buy my flowers here, too.”
And so began the evolution of a simple neighborhood grocer into a full-service market. In the decades since
Harriet Hiller planted the seed, Hiller’s has developed its floral department from a counter that offers a few fresh
blooms to an impressive does-it-all floral design house that outfits all types and sizes of special occasions.
Hiller’s floral departments grew with the Hiller brand. They began with a small earnest start, driven by a desire
to offer grocery fresh flowers to decorate tables and celebrate moments.
As the Hiller company grew in size and scope, so did our floral expertise. Today, we offer full-scale floral arrangements for events of any size – from the smallest gathering or gift to the largest wedding or funeral.
Six of our seven stores offer expansive floral expertise with the full-service of a traditional florist at a fraction of
the price. We can do anything to outfit a party in brilliant hues and arrangements.
Hiller’s provides the best quality, service and selection of any grocery in town. We special-order to fulfill customer
needs, and we communicate one-on-one to make shopping at Hiller’s a personal and rewarding experience.

the world, buying local buds whenever possible. Every season, our flowers are as fresh as if picked from your
own garden.
