Girls planning to try out for the 2015-16 AHS
Volleyball Team. Camp is designed to introduce
& reinforce the volleyball skills required to be
competitive in the AHS Volleyball Program. We
will be reviewing basic skills such as:

Hitting/Attacking

Blocking
We will also spend significant time teaching
