Weight and Pitch Matched, Hand Finished Snare Drumsticks in Persimmon or Hickory Wood
Our concert and snare model drumsticks are made primarily of persimmon wood, an American domestic hardwood with close,
straight grain, and great strength, weight and shock resistance. Persimmon wood has a wide range of color, from creamy white to
dark blonde, with or without dark streaks. Some of our models are also available in white hickory, another domestic hardwood
long prized for drumsticks because of similar characteristics. Every pair is matched for weight and for pitch by hand—no computer
matching is ever used.

Weight and Pitch Matched, Hand Finished Snare Drumsticks in Honduran Rosewood and Granadillo Wood
We craft selected models of our concert and snare model drumsticks in Honduran rosewood and granadillo wood (Mexico and Central America). These exotic hardwoods are heavy, dense, straight grained, and bring both a wonderful tone and heavier weight to
the models. We are extremely selective about the exotic hardwoods we choose for our drumsticks, using only the highest quality
and CITES compliant materials, and so the availability of models and woods will vary according to supply. Every pair is matched for
weight and for pitch by hand—no computer matching is ever used.
