GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. All the students are required to produce
their college Identity card and Eligibility
Form duly signed by the Principal
concern, without which they will not be
permitted to participate.
2. Players should adhere individual college
sports dress code during the inaugural
ceremony
and
throughout
the
competition.
3. Attending the Inaugural function is
mandatory with their respective college
flags.
4. Players should report to Co-ordinator by
7-30AM on 17-02-2012 at SVCET,
Chittoor play ground.
5. There will be Inaugural function
Ceremony on 17-02-2012, which will be
followed by the commencement of
games.
6. The organizers reserve the right to alter,
without prior notice any of the rules if
so required in the conduct of the events.
7. No protests will be entertained, the
verdict of the Judges shall be final
and binding on all the participants.
8. The participants are expected to exhibit
exemplary behavior.
9. Any misbehavior will lead to immediate
disqualification of the team.
10. Unfurnished
accommodation
will
be
provided for refundable Caution Deposit
of Rs. 500/-.
FOOD & ACCOMMODATION:
Boarding will be arranged at Rs. 100/- per
day per each candidate.
