Warantee conditions Hometheater loudspeaker and subwoofer:
Swans products are produced under strict production control from high-quality materials. If there are complaints regarding
manufacturing or material defects, the legal warranty claims are entitled to the buyer to the dealer, at whom the products
were acquired.
In the case of warranty Swans replaces the incorrect units. In the case of warranty the warranty time will not exceed.
Further requirements are not given. A free guaranteeing requires the invoice of purchase as a proof and a warranty map
filled out by the authorized Swans specialist dealer. The legal guarantee period is valid.
During effected warranty registration (entry of the filled out registration map and purchase proof copy) the Swans Europe
GmbH gives an additional warranty on material and production error for 72 months. (active electronic components 36
months). Generally the warranty is just possible, if the products were bought over Swans Europe GmbH or its authorized
specialized dealers and just damages which do not result out of natural wearout or wrong usage. Swans Speaker Systems
Inc. and HiVi Research are registered brand names and are legally protected.
Excluded from the warranty are in particular:
1. insignificant errors or deviations in the condition of the product, which are insignificant for value and regulation-moderate use
2. the product attached accessory articles
3. Lack by inappropriate use (e.g. operating error, mechanical damages, wrong operating voltage, overstressing). Under appropiate use is the use of the product to understand
under the conditions, which are descriptive in the manual.
4. Lack by natural wearout
5. of you or third parties made modifications on Swans products, if over kind and range of the modification no previous written agreement of Swans Europe GmbH is present.
6. Lack because of higher force
7. Lack, which already known to you with the purchase
The warranty claim expires when opening or repairs are done to the product through non authorized persons or workshops.

Swans replaces the incorrect construction units.

For Activ Monitore and Multimedia the guarantee implied warranty is according to the law in the sold country.
