Children’s Health Team Pediatrics Meet Our Team Pediatrics MetroHealth pediatricians are recognized leaders in caring for all children from infancy through young adulthood. In addition to routine care for healthy children, we provide primary care for children who have complex needs, with pediatric sub-specialists readily available. We provide sameday sick visits for both minor and more serious illnesses and after-hour services. Our childcentered team also includes behavioral health, specialty trained pediatric nurses and child life services. Internal MedicinePediatrics Physicians who provide expert comprehensive care for adult, adolescent and pediatric patients providing a unique continuity experience that meets general and chronic disease needs. This specialty is especially important when treating an entire family or a family with a genetic predisposition to an illness. Family Medicine Family medicine physicians are experts in providing comprehensive care to the entire family, across all ages and health concerns. They improve the health of patients by understanding the impact of family, culture and community. School Health Program The goal of the School Health Program is to bring high quality primary care to children at school where they learn and grow. The program is offered at over 10 Cleveland Metropolitan School District locations.
