KINDERGARTEN & NEW STUDENT
Registration Packets for the upcoming
school year will be available for pick-up in
the Hickory Office beginning April 4th.
KINDERGARTEN ASSESSMENT DAY
will take place on Thursday, May 12th.
Parents will be asked to schedule an
assessment time when the registration
packet is returned. Packets for returning
students will be sent home with your
child(ren) the week of April 4th.

Dear Parents,
Several times in the last month I have had to contact a parent in regards to a
student’s illness or injury. At times this has resulted in multiple calls as
numbers have changed, no way to record a message, and emergency numbers
including work numbers are not current or correct. This has caused
considerable delay and the ill student is left in the clinic several hours. Please

Avon Seedlings Preschool Program
2016-2017
Please join the Hickory PTO and the First Grade Teachers
for an informational meeting regarding Kindergarten-1st grade
transitioning.

The Avon Seedlings Preschool Program
registration for the 2016-2017thschool year
will open on Friday, March 18 . ACSC is
offering two options for the Seedlings
program next year. Students may attend
either a full-day or half-day, five days per
week. The program will be housed at White
Oak Elementary and is open to children or
grandchildren of ACSC employees as well as
preschool students living the Avon School
district. In order to register for the program
download and complete a Seedlings
registration form which can be found below.
The completed registration form should be
brought to White Oak Elementary, 7221 East
U.S. Hwy 36 Avon, IN 46123. For further
