Two products have already won awards:
Sweet Pepper Sauce achieved 3rd place

the 2008 Fiery Foods Show.
Hot Mama’s started in 2003 in the village of
Unitedville in western Belize. In 2006, we
acquired a larger facility just two miles away.
Additional space and equipment now enable
some processing and filling operations to be
automated.
A member of the Belize Hot Pepper
Value Chain led by the Belize Ministry of
Agriculture, we work closely with farmers
to ensure the continuous supply of high
quality habanero peppers to processors and
fresh market buyers.
Six of Hot Mama’s products (in various sizes)
are approved by the U.S. FDA. We also
export to Canada and are actively looking
for new markets and distribution.

Co. (Ja) Ltd.) was founded in Jamaica in
1967. It initially produced only black tea
under the Tetley brand as well as contract
