practice videos for each class, downloadable notes and worksheets.
•  You can participate in the 30 Day Crash Course from anywhere in the world any time of
the day from the privacy of your own home, office or hotel room. •  You can view the streaming videos on your iPhone, iPad or other smartphone or tablet.
They are not downloadable.
•  The 30 Day Crash Course is an independent study course so you can begin it when it best
fits your schedule. You can pause your training and resume when you have more time. You can extend your training and work with each class every two weeks or once a
month. You can redo the course at your leisure to further absorb the concepts behind the

1.  Describe the Nine Elements of an Exceptional Feminine Voice.
2.  Tune your pitch to A3 and maintain an appropriate feminine pitch while
repeating single words.
3.  Begin training your ear (pitch, melodic intonation, resonance).
4.  Create an effective daily practice routine.

Practice Strategies: There are two essential strategies you will that will greatly
enhance your voice training.
Daily Warm-Up Routine: Your voice will be shaped by a systematic set of vocal
exercises.
Daily Diary: Keeping a written log of your training experience will help you
uncover hidden blocks and challenges to your success. You will be asked to write
in your Daily Diary everyday for 30 days.

Posture: You will learn the value of proper posture.
Breathing: Abdominal/diaphragmatic breathing is the foundation to developing
an exceptional feminine voice. In your practice videos for Class #1 you will be
provided with the techniques to master this vital skill.
Pitch: Pitch is the first of the Nine Elements of an Exceptional Feminine Voice.” You
will learn how to use your frequency tuner to tune your pitch. You will be guided
to connect breathing with pitch in words.
