Methods of Payment: We accept cash, money orders, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX and purchase
orders from schools and government institutions. We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS worldwide. UPS COD shipments
are available only in the U.S. (COD charge $19.50).
Pricing: For current pricing, call us at (407) 330-1116. Pricing is subject to change.
Returns: 30 day refund policy and any return must be with a receipt, authorized and are subject to a 15% re-
stocking fee. Special order merchandise subject to 25% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or returned. A 50%
deposit is required on all special order merchandise. No money trade in on gift certicates.
Freight Charges: We will be happy to calculate your shipping and handling charges for you. We try hard to
keep our pricing low, but it has become apparent that packaging is a large cost of shipping orders. Therefore,
items such as plate setters, kiln shelves, and bisque are subject to an additional packaging fees.
No Minimum Order: To best meet the needs of our customers, we will be happy to send any order regardless
of size or amount. However, shipping companies do have a minimum charge which could raise your cost considerably for a single inexpensive item. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Bouncing Checks: We now have a $50.00 service charge for any checks that bounce. Once a check bounces we
will no longer accept checks from that customer.
Sales & Specials: On our online store we have several areas to find deals. The “Closeout Closet” is an
accumulation of items either discontinued by the manufactuer or FCA. The “Sales” are our months specials. The
“Overstock” contains products that we have somehow over ordered or have found a deal we could not pass up.

This Terra cotta clay is a favorite for those doing majolica
decorating. No grog.
Performs well from earthenware to stoneware range. Handles the abuses of raku firing. 12% Med. Kyanite.
MID-RANGE STONEWARE
Highwater’s most popular mid-range buff clay with 3% mullite and a good dose of fireclay for tooth

AMACO VELVETS SEMI-TRANSLUCENT UNDERGLAZES When left unglazed, they have the
appearance of velvet; when covered with a clear transparent glaze, the color intensifies . They fire
true to color and may be mixed to create new colors. Velvets are dinnerware safe when applied and

COVER-COAT UNDERGLAZES are opaque colors applied directly to greenware or bisque and fire
to an opaque, porous matte finish. Apply three coats, fire to cone 04. Apply clear glaze if desired and

General Use
One coat will create a translucent finish with subsequent coats increasing
opacity. We suggest 2-3 coats for opacity and all over coverage. Let dry
between coats. Stroke & Coat® glazes will fire to a gloss finish without
clear glaze. However, if desired, a clear glaze may be added. For application on clay, we recommend leaving an area unglazed, such as the back or
bottom of the ware, to allow for out-gassing of water and organic materials
during the firing process. Stroke & Coat® glazes have been formulated to
mature at shelf cone 06/05. Most Stroke & Coat® glazes will maintain their
color at higher temperatures, especially reds, oranges, yellows, greens and
blues. Their performance changes at cone 6 is noted on each individual
product label. We recommend testing prior to use.

Mayco Designer Silk Screens (DSS) are designed and manufactured by Mayco. Designs chosen feature incredibly fine detail, providing design opportunities not achievable using other decorating
processes.
DSS can be used on a variety of surfaces: greenware, clay, earthenware bisque, stoneware bisque or glass. They can also be used
on non-ceramic or glass surfaces, such as fabric, wood, paper.
The screen size is 12 1/2" H x 18" long, with the actual printed area measuring 11 1/2" H x
15" long. The screen is laid out with planned gutters to allow for folding without affecting any
of the designs (the exceptions are the stripes and chevrons. The screens are lightly folded
and the crease does not impact design reproduction). The designs are approximately 3" to
4" at their widest/longest dimension.
