JAY COUNTY COMMUNITY AWARDS
Who is making a difference in your community?
Jay County Community Awards will be given in the following eight categories:
Business of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Dunkirk Community Award, Industry of the Year,
Innovator of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, Not-for-Profit Organization of the Year,
Young Professional of the Year.
The finalists will be announced at the Annual Meeting in January 2016 and winners will be determined
by voting from the membership of the Chamber.
The deadline to submit nominations will be December 11 by noon.
Nomination forms are available on our website www.jaycountychamber.com or at the Chamber office.
