Alacoque McMenamin MBA
An experienced Programme and Project Manager with over 20 years experience in IT,
eLearning, Finance, HR and Product launch for the government and the private sector.
She has developed and delivered Management Training Programmes for Senior Managers in Project and Programme, Management Strategic Planning, Leadership, Marketing
and Finance. Alacoque holds an MBA from Fordham University in New York, is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and holds a Post Grad qualification in Building
Practice from the Darwin Institute of Technology. She is also qualified in the Prince2
Project Management Methodology.
Learning Approach:
“Chalk and talk”; class exercises, working singly or in pairs on individual projects. The
class involves practical and fun exercises, and all learning takes place within a confidential and safe environment away from the daily stresses of the office. Maximum class size
