WHAT IS THE LATEST DATE I CAN PLACE MY ORDER?
Our official deadline to order co-branded merchandise and to
receive it by the event is June 10, 2016. We highly encourage
you to place orders in advance.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
You may place your order by emailing it to Breanna Sexton, in our
corporate merchandise office at [email protected] or
calling 205.234.6549.
ORDER PROCESS
Once an order has been placed, a purchase order will be produced
and emailed to you. The purchase order will show all details of
your order and requires your final signature for approval. After the
signed purchase order is received an invoice will be sent to you
for payment shortly after your order has been placed. This may be
paid by check or by credit card. A 50% deposit is also required
before the order is produced. Once we have received the signed
purchase order along with the deposit your order will be put into
production.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY MERCHANDISE?
The total time it takes from placing your order to receiving
your final merchandise is between 4-6 weeks. Within 1-2 weeks
of placing your order, you will receive proofs by email of your
corporate logo on each co-branded item before it is produced.
Your quick response in this process will help expedite order
production time and ensure that your in-hand date is met. Please
allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your product AFTER you approve
your logo. Please specify if you have a firm in-hand date or if you
need a rush order.

The minimum quantity you must order for each item is noted
in the item’s description.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IF I AM ORDERING
CO- BRANDED MERCHANDISE?
We will need an embroidery (DST) or vector (EPS) file of your
corporate logo upon ordering. Please be specific with your
company logo instructions. If you do not have these files, we will
help digitize your logo.

CORPORATE MERCHANDISE
GUIDELINES AND COLORING
The corporate logo must fall within the size restrictions illustrated
below, and always placed in the secondary location on merchandise.
For example, if the U.S. Women’s Open logo is on the left chest
of a shirt, the corporate logo may be on the sleeve. The corporate
logo may be smaller than the dimensions shown below but may
never be larger than the U.S. Women’s Open logo. These guidelines
are to ensure that the focal point of the merchandise is always the
championship logo, therefore no exceptions will be made.
Please let us know how you would like your corporate logo to
appear. If you have specific PMS or thread colors for your logo, they
must be provided with the order.
