Televisions
Clear Tech® Warranty Policy for CT TV LED13 (4460)
Effective immediately, Clear Tech products will be repaired by Clear Tech. Stanton TV is no longer the
authorized repair center, Clear Tech has elected to perform all repair/warranty work at its own premises.
Televisions should be shipped to Clear Tech 129 31st Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232 and follow the same warranty
procedure as before. Inquiries about repair status can be made to Clear Tech directly at 718-369-7529.
IF DEFECTIVE WITHIN 1-7 DAYS OF RECEIPT
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 1-7 days of receipt by the purchaser,
Jack L. Marcus, Inc. will accept the product back for return or refund. Beyond the 7th day, please see below.
IF DEFECTIVE WITHIN 8-60 DAYS OF RECEIPT
If the TV malfunctions from 8-60 days of receipt, the purchaser must send (postage prepaid)
the television to the repair center located at:

along with a note listing name, complete facility address, ID # and a description of the problem.
The purchaser will also need to send documentation showing the date of purchase. The television will be
repaired or replaced provided that the defect was a manufacturing defect. The unit will be shipped back
to the purchaser at the repair facility’s expense.
If the malfunction or problem is determined to have been caused by misuse, abuse, or mishandling of the item,
the purchaser will be notified that the defect is not covered under warranty and given a price quote on how
much the repair will cost, plus a quote for return shipping.
IF DEFECTIVE AFTER 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT
After the 60 day warranty period has elapsed, the purchaser may have the television repaired by Clear Tech if
required. The purchaser will need to send the television back to the repair center along with a description of the
problem. The purchaser will then receive a quotation from the repair center by mail, detailing the cost of parts
and labor for the repair, plus shipping. Upon receiving payment, Clear Tech will make the repair and ship the
television to the purchaser.

This product has a 180 day parts and labor warranty, as stated in the information booklet supplied with
the TV. All TV’s purchased from Jack L. Marcus, Inc. and returned under the warranty must be sent to
Jack L. Marcus, Inc., NOT RCA. All TV’s returned to us for warranty service will be inspected to determine
the type of defect involved. This warranty will be VOIDED if the defect was caused by tampering, misuse
or mishandling. Otherwise, defective TV’s will be replaced by Jack L. Marcus, Inc. with a new set if returned
within 180 days from the date of original purchase.

If the defective TV is returned after 180 days but within 1 year of original purchase, we will replace the TV
if it is returned along with a $90 money order or facility check made payable to JACK L. MARCUS INC.
The $90 fee is to cover the estimated out of warranty repair costs. The set is not warranted after 180 days.
This fee is subject to change. If the TV is returned after the 180 days, but within 1 year of original purchase
without the $90 payment, the TV will be held until the payment is received. TV’s held longer than six months
without payment, will be considered abandoned and will be destroyed. After one year from the original date
of purchase, TV’s cannot be returned to JACK L. MARCUS, INC.

damage during transportation. You “Must” include your full name, shipping address and telephone number
(if available) for our reference with proof of purchase. Be sure to provide your street address, as we cannot
ship to a P.O. Box. Hiteker USA, Inc., will not be responsible for delays or unprocessed claims resulting from
a purchaser’s failure to provide any or all of the necessary information. It will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks

Returns and Exchanges Please send items in their original condition to Jack L. Marcus, Inc. with a copy of the receipt from your order. We recommend UPS or U.S. Priority Mail so that packages
can be traced. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Engraved, soiled, worn, laundered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return and will
be reshipped at the inmate’s expense. We cannot accept merchandise for return or exchange after 60 days. Returns after 60 days will be held until payment arrangements have been made to return
the merchandise to you. We will only hold merchandise for 60 days, and then it will be destroyed. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit through the facility. If you have
chosen to exchange the merchandise, we will reship to you free of charge one time per order.
Because Jack L. Marcus, Inc. strives to offer the lowest possible prices for our merchandise, we can only accept merchandise for return or exchange that has been shipped prepaid. If the
merchandise is found to be defective, has been shipped in error, please contact our customer service department within 7 days and we will reimburse you for reasonable UPS shipping charges
or issue a prepaid return label for UPS to pick up the merchandise. Please note that if merchandise returned on a prepaid return label is found not to be defective, return freight charges will be
deducted from the credit or added to the expense of returning the merchandise back to you. Claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Returns of 10 or more items may result in a 15% restocking fee.
Special Note Regarding Engraved Items: We cannot accept for return or exchange any item that has been engraved. If the item is defective and has been engraved, please send it back along with
a detailed explanation of the defect. Upon receipt, the merchandise will be tested. If it is found to be defective, we will issue a credit, exchange or proceed according to the warranty policy. If it is
not found to be defective, we will contact you to arrange for payment to return the merchandise to you. We will hold merchandise for 60 days after which it will be destroyed. Please note that if any
merchandise is returned on a call tag and is found not to be defective, return freight charges will be deducted from any credit or added to the expense of shipping the merchandise back to you.
