We also have additional access points, more convenient products and services
which enhance our members’ experience. We continually look for ways to improve,
whether members are down the street or across the globe. Service Credit Union
opened up a new branch at Pease Air National Guard Base where the credit union
first started more than 55 years ago as well as in Walmart locations in Gorham,
Amherst and Somersworth.
We rely heavily on our credit union’s strong focus on harnessing the power of
new technology. These programs, many at no cost, are available to our members
worldwide. These are critical to our mobile membership. We recently introduced
EyePrint ID™, another biometric authentication. With the use of the mobile device
camera, Eyeprint ID technology takes an image and pattern-matches the blood
vessels in the whites of the eye, eliminating the need to remember and type a
password.
Referred to as latest biometric authentication solutions, EyePrint ID and TouchID™
technologies free consumers from having to enter their username and password
in order to access their finances. Both provide utmost security while offering
convenience of speed and ease-of-use. Earlier this year, Service Credit Union
members began accessing their mobile banking with just their fingerprint using
Touch ID instead of traditional login credentials.
