Now in its 9th edition, Bricoday has become the most important
event in the Italian DIY business. It attracts the most important operators of the industry and the distribution. In 2015 over 3.200 people gathered in Milan to listen to the key players of the market and
make business with the 190 exhibiting companies. The hart of
Bricoday remains the congress, designed to give operators an insight of the most relevant topics, trends and problems affecting the
business, with top speakers presenting their ideas and solutions.
On the stage of Bricoday in the past five years we have had the
most important representative of the Italian and international DIY

distribution - Leroy Merlin, OBI, Home Depot among others - and
top managers form major manufacturers. Bricoday has become
over the years the most important exhibition for the diy market.
Some 190 of the major Italian and foreign companies came to
Bricoday to present their products and display solutions. Virtually
all the diy sector are represented.
For the second year Hardware Forum, the event for the professional
hardware distribution, will take place next to Bricoday. The event, a
cooperation with Koelnmesse, aims to broaden the target visitors
and exhibitors, entering a market with close relationships with diy.

For the 6th consecutive year Bricoday is held at
Mi.Co Milano Congressi, the largest convention
center in Italy and one of the biggest in Europe.
Located in the original Milan fair ground – today
Fieramilano City - Mi.Co Milano Congressi can
host over 18.000 people in 70 different spaces.
Bricoday takes place in the Pavillion South, the
largest of the center, with a total area of 8.000
sqm, of which 2.000 dedicated to congress
rooms.
Mi.Co Milano Congressi is well connected to
main motorway junctions, railways stations and
airports. The new Linea 5 (stop Portello) of the
subway stops right in front of the new entrance
to the hall (Viale Eginardo - Gate 3). Car park
reserved to Bricoday visitors available.

Bricoday + Hardware Forum saw the participation of 3.200 qualified operators of the diy, hardware
and garden sectors. Over 1.000 buyers representing the different faces of the Italian market, from large
chains to small independent, from core diy and hardware businesses to building materials, furnishing,
electronics retailers. 1.900 operators from suppliers, ranging from multinational brands to small Italian
and European companies. 300 were the representative of distribution service companies.
